The staff was courteous and service at the marina was great. The tritoon we rented was in good condition, clean and worked as expected. I would definitely recommend renting from them and enjoying the other side of the lake where it is not so busy. Renters be aware that they do not rent tubes but do have them for sell (for a price) at the marina. This is not overly apparent on their website so I thought it worth mentioning. Life jackets are provided with the boat, however, which is nice in comparison to other marinas where you have to rent them. All I all, we had a great experience and hope to rent from them again in the future.
We reserved a pontoon for 3 different days online. Process was very easy and guaranteed that we had a boat for our vacation. Check in and out was very easy. Boats are clean and mechanically sound. Staff was very friendly.
Fantastic experience. So easy to work with. Brand new boat in great condition. Appreciated the guidance where to rent two jet skis and the jet ski company brought them to the marina so we could board the pontoon boat and take the jet skis at the same time. Walked us through how to use it. Very friendly. Would absolutely work with them again!
Top notch customer service at this marina. My family and I booked a pontoon rental online not realizing they weren't open yet for rentals this season. I called to make sure the reservation was received and despite their not officially being open they agreed to meet us and let us take a boat out. Thanks Kings River for going above and beyond!
Nice boat but service is just OK. You are expected to clean the boat for them at the dock when you return it, but the supplied hose has super low pressure. The employee just stood there while I used the anemic hose to wash down the boat I paid over $1000 to rent. Hmm.
